Triathlon

Sports - Triathlon

The triathlon assessment uses a combination of Cycling and Running assessments.

The variables assessed include:

  • Lactate Thresholds

    If God invented marathons to keep people from doing anything more stupid, the triathlon must have taken Him completely by surprise.

  • Training zones for power and/or heart rate.
  • Maximal Aerobic Power
  • Absolute and Relative V O 2max
  • Maximal Power Lactate Thresholds
  • Ventilatory thresholds
  • Power to Weight Ratio
  • Running Economy
  • Speed at V O 2max

 

The Human Performance Unit specializes in interpretation of and application of results for events ranging form Sprint to Ultra Distance Triathlons.
