Running

Sports - Running

The Running Performance Assessment is designed to provide you with a comprehensive picture of your current fitness state in running.

The assessment comprises three primary components:

  • body composition profile
  • a sub-maximal economy test
  • maximal ramp test.

The information gathered in these tests represents all the key variables that are associated with running performance.

The variables assessed include:

  • Lactate Thresholds

To boast of a performance which I cannot beat is merely stupid vanity. And if I can beat it that means there is nothing special about it. What has passed is already finished with. What I find more interesting is what is still to come.
